Tracie Giles London also owns ID Liner – a B2B brand offering training and professional supplies to other Permanent Makeup Artists – which is experiencing rapid growth, and has recently launched their own luxury skincare brand, Crème Rescue.
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and ambitious Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Tracie Giles London. This is a varied position for an individual who will play an important role in supporting the Marketing Team across the entire marketing mix. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing expertise within a supportive and rapidly growing luxury business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Team as directed to deliver the marketing strategies for our three brands – Tracie Giles London, ID Liner & Crème Rescue Serum
- Help enable the day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring a smooth delivery across the full marketing mix
- Support the Social Media Manager in idea generation and execution of original and engaging content across all social media platforms
- Capture content for use across various marketing channels including photos, videos and testimonials
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, making suggestions for improvement and actioning where directed
- Create content for and manage the websites, ensuring everything is accurate, fresh and on brand
- Regularly monitor and update product sales channels – Shopify, Amazon etc.
- Create and send out monthly e-newsletters and any other email messages
- Establish and maintain a marketing calendar of activity and monthly reports on marketing performance
- Produce a variety of marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, posters and blog posts
- Interact with enquiries across multiple platforms, escalating where necessary
- Assist the wider team where required
About You:
- Passionate about a career in marketing
- Marketing related degree or previous marketing experience is essential
- Proficient in all major social media platforms
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple competing priorities – this is a hands-on role and it is essential that you are able to plan and structure your own work and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal communication skills and flawless written English
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Proactive self-starter with a desire to learn and develop
- Skilled in using video and photo editing apps
- High levels of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- An interest in beauty is expected
The Role:
We’re looking for someone hard-working, energetic, and creative, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to learn. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is varied and requires a versatile individual with a broad range of skills and an ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a flair for writing, a passion for design, experience in content capture and creation, great inter-personal skills, and a can-do attitude.
