Job Summary

We are looking for a recent graduate who is looking for that first step in their career who will support the Commercial marketing function with lead generation, commercial product launch, events, brand awareness campaigns and general sales support.
Based between our Support Office in Leicester and our Studio in Clerkenwell, the role will also support the development and rollout of the SPARK CRM platform to assist engagement and produce relevant marketing intelligence.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the implementation of the Commercial marketing plan under the direction and supervision of the Marketing Team (e.g. social media, emails, events and website)
- Assist with lead management as detailed below:
- Research and map prospective clients in target markets
- Create and generate outreach programs to prospective clients
- Execute digital lead generation campaigns
- Develop relationships and nurture to a sales ready lead
- Track progress of lead through sales funnel
- Work with the Digital Marketing Exec to build a social media presence and be responsible for scheduling and posting in their absence
- Work with the Digital Marketing Exec to manage website content
- Collaborate with sales teams and provide sales support for their clients
- Collecting and analysing data for reporting
Skills :
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to write compelling marketing copy for use across different channels including emails, social media, banner adverts
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data
- Strong desire to learn
- Good relationship building and networking skills
- Commercial drive
- Social Media savviness with the ability to post across platforms in keeping with brand guidelines
- Passion for marketing and its best practices
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and familiarity with WordPress would be advantageous.
