We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. Working directly with our Brand Director and other key colleagues, the ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital. Whether it is social media management, user experience or devising adverts and email campaigns, you will ensure that our digital platforms and brand comms are striking the right note to develop our brand and drive customer engagement. This is a great opportunity to join a small team working with award-winning agencies on creative and dynamic marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing our website - updating content, creating blogs and overseeing our e-commerce platform
- Managing our social media channels – planning, content creation, ad campaigns and handling customer comms
- Email marketing
- Reporting and analytics
- Assisting the Brand Director in wider marketing activity
Who you are:
- You will have an eye for design and be able to create compelling content for digital adverts;
- You will have a flair for copywriting and love a good pun;
- You will be known for your attention to detail;
- You will have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & TikTok;
- You will be used to driving sales via digital online campaigns and achieving ROI targets;
- You will have analytical skills to measure performance and the confidence to feedback to the business on the results;
- You will make an impact with your positive and proactive attitude
- You will be a team player with the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment and prioritise workflows when ad hoc tasks arise. (Disclaimer: we all muck in and pack turkeys once a year)
