We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and creative marketing assistant to join our team.
About Us:
Based in central Bath, we are an established business that designs and produces a range of products at affordable prices, from toys, gifts, and stationery to children’s books. We also work with a number of popular licenses such as Peter Rabbit, Elmer, The Gruffalo, and Paddington. Our current goal is growing our social media and online presence, with product imagery and presentation being of utmost importance to our brand.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.
You will need to be IT literate with a good understanding of social media channels and scheduling platforms.
You will need to be a diligent team player who is also happy to work independently when required. The role is often incredibly varied, and you will need to bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product photography and videos, including editing and uploading images and copy to the website.
· Managing social media pages by scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages, maximising engagement.
· Communicating with clients and external agencies regarding social media posts and campaigns.
· Managing website updates and maintenance with periodic testing through varying devices to ensure all pages, content and user journeys are functioning correctly.
· Supporting the sales team by providing required marketing material.
· Opportunity to attend industry events and trade shows.
Key Skills:
· A relevant degree would be beneficial but not necessary.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
· Excellent attention to detail with a visual and aesthetic awareness.
· Excellent communication skills, especially written.
· Problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
· Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
· Experience of using the website hosting platform Wix is preferred but not essential.
· Positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude.
What we offer:
· This is a full-time role with an annual salary of £23,000.

· 23 days annual holiday rising up to 25 days after an initial period.
