About The Role

In order to support this continued growth we need to recruit an additional Marketing Assistant. As our Marketing Assistant you will support the marketing department with the co-ordination and implementation of direct mail, digital and retail elements of the marketing calendar. This role also supports the communication of promotional activity across all Nisbets regions (UK & Ireland). Working for Nisbets as a Marketing Assistant, your role will be varied, fast paced and challenging but very rewarding as you will have the opportunity to build lasting working relationships with a wide group of stakeholders. This role could be a great entry level step for someone with either a Marketing Degree or an interest in working within a Marketing function and has an understanding of the principles of product promotion.

What will I be doing an Marketing Assistant?
  • Assist in managing multi-channel, integrated campaigns.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance
  • Work with the Marketing Team to provide recommendations to increase engagement and other KPIs
  • Monitor, maintain and optimise email deliverability through data cleansing
  • Employ test, learn, evolve approach to drive continuous improvement and ROI
