Marketing Executive
Salary: up to £25,000 + 4 day week
A rare 4-day working week opportunity has arisen with a multinational luxury manufacturer as a Marketing Executive. This role will have a hybrid working approach and be based at their site 20 minutes east of Glasgow which was established in the 1950s.
As the Marketing Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the marketing and communications team, for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include providing administrative support for the marketing and communications teams' projects and daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting marketing and communications team on a range of innovative marketing activities, both online and offline.
- Coordinating design, mailing, uploading, and printing of various marketing material.
- Ensure all copywriting and imagery is on par with the brand guidelines.
- Work with various external suppliers, used to support the marketing objectives.
- Update, maintain and edit the website and digital portals as and when needed ensuring all content is up to date and user friendly.
- Work with the marketing team to maintain the marketing budgets for monthly reporting.
- Supporting the Events and Marketing Specialist in managing the factory experience programme, key customer visits and internal events.
- Logging and administering of dealer co-op expenses, processing purchase orders, and reconciling of Invoices.
- Administration of customer satisfaction surveys and reporting.
- Attend regular internal meetings, to report on marketing activities undertaken and suggest new initiatives to engage with customers and meet KPIs.
- Suggesting ways to improve their customers’ digital experience.
- Keep on top of our current merchandise stock and keep stock levels updated.
- Responsible for business cards and uniform orders for staff.
Requirements:
- Experienced marketing administrator (essential) with a minimum of one year’s marketing experience.
- Experience in traditional marketing channels.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work comfortably under pressure, supporting multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics and CRM data to help track and report on performance.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders and a team player.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a readiness to take responsibility for your work.
