As our Marketing Assistant, you will assist in the planning, development and delivery of agreed marketing & communications activities. Working closley with the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will support in delivering projects and campaigns, and support the Director of Marketing & Communications also the wider team to deliver objectives.
West Midlands based with travel when required
What you will be doing as our Marketing Assistant:
- Support the production of marketing materials and literature, e.g. write/proofread copy, brochures, presentations, newsletters.
- Help organise campaigns and events.
- Maintain department records and keep audit trails, including jobs and budget trackers.
- Maintain company profiles, subscriptions and accounts.
- Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, marketing trends, and identifying opportunities to promote Ingeus and our services.
As our Marketing Assistant, you will have:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including producing high quality, formatted word documents and powerpoints.
- Creative eye with the ability the present engaging content.
- Experience of marketing & communications preferred.
