HAYNE Solutions is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant who will report directly to our Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with the Sales Team. It is initially a 12 month contract but this could become a more permanent role within our growing Marketing team. As we continue to go from strength to strength, we are looking to increase our marketing efforts. To achieve this, we need to expand the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of marketing designs e.g. images to accompany articles and social media posts (using tools such as Canva and Photoshop)
- Supporting our Digital Marketing Manager with the generation of marketing campaigns from the ideas stage to execution
- Maintaining marketing information in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and ensuring data is cleansed for use in campaigns
- Coordination of key data input between systems
- Using analytics to help drive campaign strategies
- Providing the sales team with regular reports for leads and opportunities
- Involvement in the acquisition of new marketing data

Experience
- Previous experience in marketing
- Experience of using image editing tools such as Canva or Photoshop
- Data management skills
- Previous use of MS Office tools
- Experience with various Excel functions including VLOOKUP, Pivot/Pivot Tables, Sorting and Filtering
Qualifications
- GCSE’s (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
This is a hybrid role, 2 days from home and 3 days from our office, based in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. We offer free on-site parking, and there is easy access to public transport. The ideal candidate will work full time, but flexible hours can be considered.
