Marketing Assistant
The Harrods Marketing team are now looking for a Marketing Assistant for H beauty & Drybar. You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Executives in their delivery of the Marketing Strategy for the Division. This role will be responsible for supporting the H beauty & Drybar Marketing team in all planning and implementation of Marketing activities happening throughout our H beauty stores and Drybar salons.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for understanding the objectives of the campaigns and project briefs in line with our wider Customer Strategy, assisting in any administration required to execute this. You will be supporting across multiple projects and working with the Marketing Executive to ensure all project documentation and trackers are up to date, while also being responsible for collating all assets and supporting the preparation of documents.
You will be keeping track of all H beauty and Drybar marketing activity; plus all external brand launches and retailer activities. You will be accountable for the day to day administration including booking meetings, compiling agendas, and taking meeting minutes. The role will require regular reporting of the Marketing strategy.
You will assist the Marketing and Events team to organise and deliver Brand Events and develop strong working relationships with the counterparts internally in order to deliver against your objectives. Above all, you will be an ambassador of the H beauty and Drybar brands, the Marketing Team and the Brand Experience Division.
About You
You will be somebody with impeccable time management, communication and organisational skills to ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and in line with the agreed objectives of the Marketing Plan.
You will have the confidence to:
- Ensure quality and originality of marketing campaigns, events, and materials
- Assist with the creation and development of marketing opportunities that support the business.
- Meeting deadlines and subsequent impact of results achieved.
- Successful delivery of administrative tasks.
- The ability to maintain relationships and build new contacts.
- Assist with the management of assets and collateral to successfully implement the agreed Marketing strategy for the division
- Prior experience or a strong passion for beauty would be ideal in this role
