Here at Expert Trades we support 28,000+ UK-based trades by giving them access to the tools, services, training and relationships they need to grow their business.
We also support brands within the construction industry to achieve their marketing goals.
This is a unique opportunity where the successful candidate will be expected to support the delivery of campaigns for Expert Trades’ in-house brands, namely Verified & Tool Talk, whilst also assisting in the execution of campaigns for our partner clients.
We’re largely a remote working company, but you will be expected to come into the office (currently located in the Custard Factory in Digbeth, Birmingham) when requested by the team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- To create and publish social media content across existing channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok) for both in-house brands and clients in line with company content calendar
- To reach out to social media influencers within the construction industry and invite them to learn more about our influencer management service
- To assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns
- To assist in the creation of PPC / paid social media campaigns
- To research and implement new social strategies to grow our social footprint
- To monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook / TikTok / YouTube Insights & SproutSocial.
The Ideal Candidate
In order to be successful at Expert Trades, you will need to possess the following traits:
- Excellent organisational skills, where the successful candidate will be expected to hit deadlines for multiple clients
- A good understanding of social media channels and how they work, namely Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok.
- We’re a small team so you’ll need to be a team player
- A great work ethic and a desire to learn independently
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent writing skills
Working Schedule
- You will be reporting to the Chief Marketing Office (CMO)
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5PM
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Largely remote, but expected to commute upon request
- Salary: £18,300 Per Year
