Introduction
You are an experienced Marketing Assistant who can write quality creative content, manage social channels and deliver on campaigns end-to-end.
You can also design and update flyers, posters and social content with Adobe to a professional standard that are on-brand and create TikTok videos with ease.
In this highly varied role as an Employer Brand Marketing Assistant at Elysium Healthcare, you’ll be part of an award-winning team that works hard to tell the world how great Elysium is as an employer of choice to job seekers.
The aim of the game is Lead generation. Everything we do is to improve the quality and volume of job applications, to support the business in filling clinical and non-clinical vacancies.
This role will also see you be involved in supporting with organising events, writing job adverts, web content and blog articles, and analysing and reporting to demonstrate ROI and identify opportunities of improvement. If a vacancy isn’t filling, why not? Make changes, wrap a campaign around it, and utilise channels and tools available at your disposal to make an impact.
You’ll work flexibly between home and the office in Luton, with the office as your base but working from home a few days a week. You will also visit Elysium sites and events from time to time, so a UK driving licence and use of a car is a must.
Your responsibilities as a Marketing Assistant:
- Managing the social media accounts (posting, responding, sharing) including paid social
- Writing engaging job adverts, website content and blog articles
- Create and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Tracking and reporting of vacancy and applicant activity
- Supporting the recruitment team with advertising and managing job vacancies via our ATS and job boards
- Producing a range of marketing collateral (Design, copywriting) including posters, flyers, exhibition graphics, booklets etc
- Processing applications and managing the Careers inbox
- Supporting with events and open day planning and organisation
You will be:
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects and tasks at one time, often with tight deadlines.
- An experienced marketer with demonstrable experience in lead generation through offline and digital channels, and creating and managing campaigns
- Proactive in completing daily admin tasks and managing your own workload
- Looking for opportunities to improve current processes, outputs and strive to improve ROI wherever possible
- Creative with a ‘designers eye’ and experienced in creating professional marketing collateral
- Have a strong command of the English language with excellent spelling/grammar skills
- Capable of regularly producing reports, monitoring success and optimising activity to demonstrate ROI on all activity
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, able to work by yourself and also able to work well as part of a team
