Ecovia is a design led glazing and joinery company based in London. We supply high performance glazing and timber products and services to top design professionals.
We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Assistant who wants to build a career in brand marketing, social media, and digital marketing in the design sector.
Scope of the role:
You will support the Marketing and Brand Director across all aspects of marketing. You will help, maintain and expand the marketing strategy for 2023/24. You will also be expected to pick up certain duties from the Marketing and Brand director to cover maternity leave and provide ongoing support and insight to the sales and finance team.
Job Description:
- Manage the ecovia Instagram and LinkedIn account - ensuring engaging on brand content is shared weekly
- Create content for our social platforms using Canva and or liaising with our graphic designer
- Manage the ecovia Social Media Ad account
- Collate content to support the new upcoming ecovia website
- Arrange photography and videography for completed projects
- Add content to the website via CMS
- Create marketing reports on social media activity
- Manage and liaise external suppliers for marketing collateral
- Act as a brand ambassador ecovia ensuring all corners of the business adhere to the ecovia brand guide.
- Create engaging B2B emails to prospective clients via our CRM system Zoho
About you
- You will have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally with some copywriting experience
- Experience with social media marketing and content management
- Ability to analyse data and marketing effectiveness
- You will have a post graduate/degree level education or equivalent experience level
- Experience or keen interest in design - in particular architecture and interiors
