We are a workplace wellbeing consultancy at the forefront of our industry, on a mission to help our growing base of clients meet international standards of workplace wellbeing.

We support organisations through massive culture change, helping them to build comprehensive, strategic and systematic workplace wellbeing strategies that answer the specific needs of their workforce.

We are looking for a self motivated and goal focused individual with a strong growth mindset to join our fast-paced remote consultancy. You will report directly to the Operations & Marketing Manager, as Marketing Assistant.

This is a dynamic role for someone who likes to get involved and take on new challenges. You will have strong initiative, accountability, and be a problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Support the Operations & Marketing Manager with our marketing strategy, including:

  • Content writing & content creation
  • Monitor and implement Linkedin social media marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate online education campaigns, including blog, guest articles & podcast appearances
  • Support marketing campaigns for new products and services
  • Market research and target market analysis

To be a best fit for this project, we are looking for:

  • Fluent/Native command of the English language.
  • Willing to commit to a long term project (2 years)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Super organisational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Linkedin marketing experience
  • Content writing experience
  • Extremely versatile in using digital tools and systems
  • Additional skills are an advantage
