We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing team. The role will be based at our Sheffield city centre office, with some time to be spend at the Chesterfield office when required.
Key responsibilities will include
- Managing the internal and external events process.
- Preparing articles for use on the social media channels and the firms' website
- Updating website and social media content
- Liaising with the team on creating/amending designed materials.
- Identifying and monitoring potential matters for internal or external promotion
- Updating the client database/mailing lists
- Drafting basic outlines of pitches, capability brochures, directory entries and and awards submissions.
- Assisting with follow-up with fee-earners in relation to meeting action points
- Communicating with various stakeholders, internal and external contacts.
- Monitoring social media accounts
- Submitting ideas for marketing opportunities to grow the BRM brand
- General marketing and administration support
The successful person must have
- Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office products.
- A business, commercial, marketing qualification or relevant experience
- Good attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proven time management and prioritisation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- A strong communicator
