THE ROLE
As Marketing Assistant, you will support the Marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to ensure the effective promotion of Antibody Analytics and our service offering. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, collaborative, communicative and highly organised, with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of marketing projects. This is an entry level position and is ideal for someone aiming to start their career in Marketing within a fast-growing company. The role will be varied and multi-disciplinary. At Antibody Analytics, you will work within a small but dedicated Marketing Team and will receive mentoring to support your growth.
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO DO
- Support the marketing team with the development and implementation of the marketing and communication strategy.
- Assist with researching, sourcing and creating persuasive marketing content that can be utilised across multiple channels, e.g. social media, email campaigns, blogs, website.
- Maintain social media channels by creating and scheduling engaging content that reflects the ethos of the company.
- Liaise and collaborate with other departments e.g. Sales, HR, R&D, Operations to generate content and help deliver departmental communication strategies.
- Work with external parties to manage creative content generation
- Day-to-day management of website content, maintenance and supporting upgrade projects
- Assist with the analysis of website performance using Google Analytics and the implementation of strategies to develop this by identifying trends and key opportunities.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with preparation for the monthly meeting and reporting
- Aid in the preparation required for company attendance at events and conferences, with the generation and organisation of exhibition materials and logistics.
- Ensure that all internal and external collateral adheres to the brand guidelines by assisting with the preparation of branded presentations, documents, templates.
- Actively participate in other initiatives and projects, as mutually agreed, to support the development, expansion, and evolution of the company.
