The Sales & Marketing Assistant role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing team at an exciting time for our expanding business.
Main responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Assistant include:
- Email marketing
- Using of sales related software/portals
- Generating and processing new sales leads as necessary.
- Administering sales information into an easily readable format.
- Monitoring and supporting the sales team in ensuring they are on track with sales goals.
- Providing any necessary data and reports to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Arranging appointments with clients for the Sales & Marketing team.
- Ensuring all contact information is up to date for clients.
- Taking on all necessary administrative work to include; filing reports or presenting Sales & Marketing team with necessary documents
- Assisting with market research requirements.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with any requirements.
- Creating marketing material such as case studies and sales packs.
- Monitoring all social media accounts.
- Posting and engaging on all social media accounts.
- Working closely with the business ensuring that all processes and procedures are standardised and aligned across the business.
Our ideal Sales & Marketing Assistant will have the below skills and experience:
- People Person
- Time Oriented
- Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Good Computer Literacy
- Good knowledge of social media - especially LinkedIn
