The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join us on a work placement to support our busy marketing team and gain a wealth of on-the-job experience. The placement is 6 – 12 months with the opportunity to extend for the right candidate.

You should be willing to learn, be highly motivated and ready to take on whatever is thrown your way. We need someone confident in their own ability, a natural problem-solver and a team player.

The role will be office based (near Brindley Place in Birmingham) and is full-time.

Responsibilities

Support our team in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, gaining firsthand experience

Take the opportunity to solve marketing challenges that arise, suggesting ideas for improvement, and developing your problem-solving skills.

Help track and analyse campaign performance under supervision, learning how to use marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions.

Assist in creating engaging content for our LinkedIn page and website, learning to tailor your approach to the specific needs of each channel.

Participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing your ideas and perspectives to our marketing initiatives.
