Job description
We are looking for a marketing Assistant with a passion for photography, graphic design and video editing.
Primary role:
- Manage and control the Marketing/Business Development workshop area, including banners, pop-up stands, presentation equipment, stock control of brochures and promotional items.
- Provide support for marketing and sales team – to support on a wide range of projects, both ad hoc and in support of annual campaigns, an as instructed by line manager and other members of the team.
- Carry out market and customer research to support marketing activities
- Assist with preparing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns (e.g. new product launches, targeting new markets).
- Monitor effectiveness and regularly report back on the various marketing activities undertaken, with view to drive continuous improvement in marketing activities.
- Assist with managing and updating the customer database and CRM system
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO
- Assist the marketing executive with organizing and coordinating professional photography/video and editing.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
· Graphics generation for social media, website and exhibitions using Adobe Creative Cloud.
EVENTS:
- Organise event presence and promotion including: trade shows, graduate fairs, internal company events.
- Assist the marketing executive by being the key point of contact for all exhibitions and liaise with event organisers and their logistics partners to arrange shipping of exhibition materials and a smooth stand build (i.e. decide on booth layout, selection and hire of furniture, graphics, power, etc.)
- Plan and arrange travel for exhibition/conference attendees.
CONTENT CREATION (WEBSITE + SOCIAL MEDIA + MARKETING COLLATERAL + BLOGS + WEBINARS + PR):
- Identify content opportunities for social media, website and press releases including: new product launches, events’ attendance, company updates and other key content that promotes 3P innovation’s product/services offering
- Content creation to support sales and marketing strategy, including: content research, copywriting, proof reading, sourcing imagery, managing approvals and organising publication
- Support the development of marketing materials including: product brochures, exhibition graphics, white papers, editorials and adverts. This will involve negotiating with external suppliers for design and print.
Secondary Role
- Support when needed with general office administration tasks, including meeting room preparation for customer visits, answering incoming calls etc.
- Research, procure and manage company merchandise and promotional
- gifts.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, graphic design or similar.
