Description
To work with the marketing team in providing support on delivering high quality marketing related content across all channels, driving sales and increasing engagement with new and existing customers
- Work with other teams/business units to help maintain and improve the IRM’s corporate website(s) so that it is always accurate, up-to-date and effective in presenting the IRM as the global thought leader and principal voice on enterprise-wide risk. management and the “go to” membership body for the ERM community.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing delivery effectiveness by helping to produce and interpret reports from one or more marketing tools or systems.
- Ensure that data is correctly entered/managed on the system, checked for spelling, completeness, and that all fields are consistent with our data management/ capture process.
- Work with the IT, Marketing/ Database Manager to ensure all appropriate data is captured within the core business systems for the purposes of data analysis and segmentation and GDPR compliant.
- Assist the Content Executive to create updates and produce, copyedit and proofread high quality content to ensure it accurately reflects IRMs products and services and to maintain a consistent look and feel which is compliant with brand guidelines.
- Manage the cataloguing of marketing assets including reports, testimonials (for example a photo bank).
- Help support the collection and evaluation of market research via primary and secondary methods to assist the team with research into customers, new products and markets.
- Help monitor the IRM’s social media accounts, spot trends and areas to focus on.
- Proactively work with the Marketing Team to develop ideas and implement innovative marketing campaigns across all platforms.
- Establish and maintain effective day-to-day relationships and communication between the marketing function and internal and external stakeholders to support marketing activities.
- Provide other teams with marketing administrative support such as ordering certificates, organising deliveries etc.
GCSE or equivalent English Grade 7 or above.
A Level or equivalent English (Grade C) Desired

The post holder must have experience in or be willing to learn the design and delivery of marketing material and come up with creative ideas.
