Position: Marketing & Project Manager
We support and promote a nurturing approach to learning by providing an affordable, curated platform to connect Leaders and Learners. Our non-profit arm MazeOrg is a non-profit organisation, providing free or highly subsidised educational, social and emotional support to the most vulnerable and in-need families, including those struggling with special educational requirements, are living in poverty, social disadvantage and those who have experienced trauma from war.
The Role:
- Design and collate engaging, informing and inspiring digital marketing content (e.g. for e-newsletters, social media platforms) and other marketing collateral
- Create and schedule adverts and organic posts for socials
- Monitor any generated Leads from active campaigns - keep the team updated
- Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
- See the Bigger Picture - Act as the project leader and onsite contact for events and programmes
- Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
- Maintain and update sales and marketing databases
- Support our website manager: assisting with creating classes, booking sessions for clients, updating Leader’s calendars
- Help organise and attend holiday and after-school clubs and courses, supporting our Directors
- Support Founding Director with any ad-hoc organisational duties
The Candidate:
- Requires an enhanced DBS certificate (The Maze Academy can facilitate this)
- Proficient in the use of design templates such as Canva, MailChimp
- Will have similar experience in a previous role of marketing and/or design and/or social media and/or at a start-up company
- You will be highly organised, flexible and have exceptional attention to detail, able to prioritise, multi-task and work in a team environment. You will be focused, self-motivated and very detailed oriented.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Have experience in running and managing small projects (Not essential)
This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
