The Opportunity

As our marketing assistant, you will report into our Director of Digital Marketing and your main responsibility will be to directly support our marketing and recruitment teams in their day-to-day activities.
This is a great role because it will give you the chance to touch a lot of different areas within our business and build lots of new skills.
Your responsibilities:
● Social media strategy ownership: content research and planning, post scheduling, keeping up to date with the latest trends, creation of visuals and captions, tracking implementation, reporting, and managing our podcast creation, promotion and sponsorship
● Designing creative and engaging marketing assets to be used across the business (e.g. for our jobs, for the website, for lead gen content, for sales support)
● Video & audio design & production
● Supporting with copywriting for SEO content, emails, landing pages, paid media and lead gen content
● Helping with the design and setup of email campaigns, including ownership of our monthly newsletter
● Updating our website and helping improve our SEO
● Supporting with performance reporting and data analysis
● Maintaining databases and inputting information, data, and records
● Supporting the Director of Digital Marketing to meet the departmental and company-wide business goals
● Supporting with adhoc operations and recruitment projects and tasks as required
● Analysing marketing performance and identify opportunities and ways to improve
Your qualifications:
● Educated to degree level within a marketing-related discipline
● Excellent written language skills (English)
● Digitally savvy and passionate about delivering strong outputs and results to tight deadlines
● Strong creative skills with a flair for copywriting and design
● Skilled in video recording and editing
● Excellent attention to detail and maths skills
● Interested in social media and emerging trends
● Interested in data-driven marketing, the marketing funnel and measuring the impact of marketing on a business
● Energetic, creative, highly organised and passionate about all things marketing
● Positive and proactive with a can-do attitude
● A team player who shares their ideas and looks for opportunities to improve and innovate
● A desire to learn from our experienced Director of Digital Marketing and from one of the best recruitment teams in Europe!
