The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join our team at Annon House Head Office based in Belfast.
The Marketing and Campaigns Manager will design and deliver creative and successful marketing and engagement campaigns for a wide range of services and products, including those that we deliver on behalf of our stakeholders. They will lead and manage the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success and ensure campaign implementation follows the business goals and direction.
Working Pattern:
- 37.5 Hours per Week
- Monday to Friday with agile working pattern.
- The ability to work from home two to three days per week.

The Role:
- Formulate, implement and evaluate promotions and campaigns across the Group.
- Meet with key stakeholders to identify and conceptualise campaign strategies.
- Design and organise an optimal campaign inside budget constraints.
- Devise a campaign timeline and schedule.
- Execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget.
- Monitor all outlets and resources for campaign impact and progress.
- Develop, own, and implement the group marketing strategy.
- Manage social media activity across group and develop innovative content to drive engagement and awareness.
- Manage annual marketing budget in line with group marketing strategy and overall business budget.
- Develop, own, and implement an effective internal & external communications strategy to support delivery of the business plan.
- Lead the development of all marketing projects with effective ROI measurement.
- Focus on growing audiences for revenue generation across all group companies and services.
The Person:
- Development and delivery of marketing and communication campaigns.
- Experience in developing campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
- Excellent all-round communication skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
- Self-starter with passion for learning and keeping abreast of industry trends.
- First-hand experience in compiling detailed proposals, presenting recommended activities and applying strong project management techniques.
- Ability to monitor, interpret and report on analytics from google and other sources in a meaningful way to inform management and wider team.
- Computer literacy (database, spreadsheet, word processing)
- Experience with PR and internal communications
- Marketing and Communications qualification from a recognised institution.
- Understanding of business issues and key business topics.
- Experience in using graphic editing software.
- Web design and development skills.
- Use of event management platforms.
