Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Nottingham City Centre – Hybrid or Remote

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Analyst to join a growing financial services organisation based in Nottingham City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a business-oriented mindset with strong excel and SQL coding abilities to develop actionable insights with substantial impact on marketing and credit risk decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data-driven models and analyses to identify opportunities for collections improvement and cost reduction
• Collaborate with the marketing and collections team
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making
• Work with large datasets, extract relevant information, and create visualizations to support insights

Requirements:

• Essential Strong Excel and SQL coding
• Desirable tableau experience
• Strong understanding of financial products such as commercial loans and regulations (FCA)
• Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on developing insights and recommendations that drive business results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Financial services background

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, mathematics statistics
