Marketing Administrator
This successful, multi-channel organisation est.1988, which distributes some of today’s most loved and trusted brands in Sports and Healthcare sectors, now requires a Marketing Administrator, who will have responsibility for brands websites B2C and B2B marketing, coordinating with trade customers to B2B ordering while updating stock, processing orders and prepare brands seasons offers across multiple shopify websites, distribution and e-marketplace channels.

The successful candidate will help the company reach goal marketing for brands in order to drive sales performances at multiple channels and launch new brands.
This role is to work at our office/warehouse in Oxford OX4 from Monday to Friday. Full time 35 hours/week, 9am~16:30pm. Shorter hours 27.5 hours/week, 9am ~15:30pm.
As the Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- handling the shopify B2C, B2B email marketing and e-marketplace platforms maintenance and updates. Day-to-day site activity includes answering phone calls, dealing with incoming enquiries, stock update and orders processing as well as social media posting, product and new collections launches, offers and promotions.
- maintain online experience with marketing campaigns and trading initiatives.
- writing, editing and publishing engaging web content, aligned to approved messaging.
- schedule marketing planner and posting social media.
- update pricelists, order forms and brochure.
- B2C and B2B email campaign communications to promote shopify revenue and retail business
- Effectively improve customers experience for shopify websites.
The Candidate:
Ideally of graduate standard, from within a marketing with digital experience, candidates for the role of Marketing Administrator will also be required to demonstrate that they have:
- worked company’s shopify website daily and e-market place.
- previous work experience within same or similar role, within an e-commerce / digital business.
- excellent copywriting skills and the ability to deliver highly effective campaigns.
- excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible and creative in a challenging environment.
- analytical with some experience reporting via web analytic tools.
- experience of using shopify web system and making customer facing updates via digital environment, such as social media and email marketing.
- advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- the capability to be a hands-on type individual, who demonstrates initiative and has a positive, professional attitude.
- the ability to work as part of a team under their own initiative, demonstrating that they are an organised and capable individual, who is used to multi-tasking and can prioritise their workload in order to meet exacting deadlines.
- excellent attention to detail, as well as a strong customer focus.
