We are located in Greenwich, South East London looking for a Marketing/Admin Associate.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing/Admin Associate, who's creative and wants to be part of a strategic marketing business. We are a small team that works in a collaborative, fast-paced and entrepreneurial way. The candidate will join a supportive team and will be responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager by taking on Marketing/Admin the tasks assigned on a daily/ weekly basis.
The successful candidate will be an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker with excellent communication skills, and have excellent multitasking and organisational abilities. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of Marketing/Admin techniques and social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Performing market analysis and research on the latest trends
- Designing and presenting new social media campaign ideas
- Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
- Preparing detailed promotional presentations
- Helping with the planning and hosting of marketing events
- Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content
- Contributing to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management tool
- Support Marketing Manager in various marketing projects
- Assisting with daily administrative duties
- Support Operations Manager in various Marketing/Admin operations matters and projects including but not limited to: updating data, shopify, rentals, follow up complaints, invoices, taking meeting minutes
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in fragrance and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Experience working in the fragrance industry is a plus but not essential
- Exceptional written communication
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and deliver quality work in an efficient manner
- Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills
- Demonstrated initiative
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges

- An eye for visual graphic design content

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
