ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Product Marketing Analyst is responsible for accelerating product growth by communicating value, championing our customers, and driving distribution. Instrumental in cross-functional go-to-market execution, the Product Marketing Analyst ensures we effectively and consistently talk about the problems we’re solving.This specific role is aligned to our suite of Patient Financial Care solutions which empower patients along their care journey to understand what they owe and provide the tools to pay their healthcare bills on their own terms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the execution of various product launches across product, sales, marketing, and client operations.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment for new product launches.
- Drive and optimize product adoption through partnering with client-facing teams to build and optimize external onboarding and training to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relevant internal and external documentation for various product features.
- Contribute to messaging and positioning frameworks by providing relevant research and solution-specific information.
- Have a deep understanding of the solution's functionality and overall value proposition.
- Serve as a resource for colleagues across and beyond marketing to address questions on functionality, competitors, positioning, and launch progress.
- Conduct competitive research to create and share broad understanding of feature-level comparisons.
- Conduct market research to understand and source compelling industry trends that will enhance the value and validity of our solutions.
- Partner with marketing on content creation that effectively portrays product value to our prospective buyers (e.g., blog posts, white papers).
- Monitor monthly analysis of product performance and identify potential trends and opportunities for product growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of product and/or marketing experience in a SaaS organization with demonstrated ability as a data driven problem solver
- Experience delivering marketing, product, and/or customer marketing initiatives
- Strong acumen of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Desire to learn new skills and product information
- Great attention to design and detail
- Curious, strong desire to learn with a proactive growth mindset
- Self-motivated with ability to drive projects forward
