In this CRO & Insight Analyst your main focus will be utilising data insights to drive improvements through their CRO programme & optimising the customer journey across the website.
The roles and responsibilities in this CRO & Insight Analyst role –
- Optimising digital journeys through comprehensive and robust analysis of online customer behaviour.
- Delivering in the customer roadmap, as well as advise on the strategic focus that ultimately drives revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the implementation and management of all tools and technologies to help successfully deliver the CRO strategy.
- Setting up and executing the tests, analysing the performance, making recommendations for site developments.
- Deliver A/B tests to scope out new hypotheses.
- Work closely with Trading, UX/Design, Web Analytics, and Front end & Back-end Development etc
- Shape the optimisation roadmap, which will increase conversion, customer engagement and other KPIs.
- Analyse and interpret site usage data and trends through rich and deep data analysis & consumer research (quantitative & qualitative).
To be successful in this CRO & Insight Analyst position –
- 2-4 years + working across site optimisation / UX or Conversion funnel analysis for ecommerce sites
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Be able to process data from various sources in an organised and logical manner.
- Strong numerical skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Demonstrable hands-on experience using Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of tag management tools (ideally Adobe Launch or Tealium).
- Experience of qualitative and quantitative research tools such as Content Square, Hotjar, Medallia.
- Have experience running A/B, multivariate tests.
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS is a plus.
