Position Summary :

Working as a member of the Web Marketing team, the Sr. Web Conversion Optimization Analyst will be responsible and accountable for driving improvements to our consumer-focused digital experiences through conceptualizing and executing online testing & personalization strategies. This position will be accountable for creating highly personalized, engaging consumer experiences on Connections Academy’s websites and landing page properties, as well as leveraging performance and data to validate testing hypotheses and assumptions. Under the direction of the Conversion Optimization Lead, the Sr. Analyst will partner closely with the UX and Customer Analytics teams to champion a culture of continual optimization via testing across all marketing & student acquisition teams. The ideal candidate should have a passion for improving digital marketing channels through data & insights.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Identify testing opportunities and implement testing strategies to validate or disprove assumptions about how we believe customers may react to various site experiences.
  • Optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms A/B test and continually measure site performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to propose digital experience improvements and design future tests
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop digital personalization use cases and strategies that improve lead conversion and marketing efficiencies.
  • in collaboration with UX team, Implement and build experiences & campaigns and execute them in a timely manner
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Site Testing and Personalization.
  • Work closely with brand/creative & demand generation teams to test and improve content, creative, copy and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate & partner with cross-functional testing team to define and operationalize workflows required to successfully test and analyze personalized campaigns and website tests.
  • Develop and maintain reporting of key findings; interface with multiple levels of stakeholders as needed.
  • “Tell a good story” – translate the empirical learnings into a compelling story geared toward action and impact
  • Serve as a ‘power user’ of testing and personalization platform and web analytics tools.
  • Perform additional duties as identified in coordination with team lead in relation to growth opportunities or business impact.

Requirements :

  • BA/BS with significant coursework in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or Statistics
  • 3+ years relevant experience with A/B and multivariate testing, web personalization, or web design/UX
  • Demonstrated experience with digital testing and/or personalization platforms required; Google Marketing Platform (Optimize, Analytics, GTM) experience preferred
  • Proven analytical skills and command of inbound marketing tactics
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, onsite targeting campaigns or onsite recommendations in an experiment-driven organizational culture
  • Strong digital marketing background with a track-record of driving results and leveraging data to identify insights and analysis
  • Some experience in HTML, JS and CSS preferred, particularly regarding building digital experiences for experiments
  • A team player that works well with partners from other departments and can build consensus and influence within a matrixed organization
  • Proven project management skills – effective collaborator and consensus builder with a focus on completing on time
  • Ability to work autonomously, be a “self-starter”, solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor which helps foster an upbeat working environment
  • Experience with web content management applications (WordPress, DNN Evoq) is a plus

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

The minimum full-time salary range is between $80,000 - $90,000.
