We're looking for an experienced digital marketing Data Analyst to join our talented Data & Insights team in our Newcastle head office.
As a Senior in the team, you will be an integral part of the agency, assisting all teams to provide data-driven decisions.
Using a suite of tools to identify opportunities across a wide range of industries, you will work alongside some of the brightest digital talent, to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns to a wide portfolio of clients both regionally and nationally.
The role
We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Data Analyst.
You'll be responsible for:
# Using appropriate data analytics methods to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and client objectives.
# Analysing marketing campaign results and providing actionable insights to optimise campaign performance.
# Interpreting data trends and patterns to drive decision-making in campaign planning and performance optimization.
# Conducting A/B tests, analysing the results, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
# Creating engaging reports and dashboards to present campaign performance.
# Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team and leading on knowledge sharing sessions across the agency to support innovation and continued professional development.

The person
Ideally you'll have:
# At least 2 years' experience as a senior Digital Marketing Analyst or similar, preferably in an agency setting.
# Proven experience using data visualization tools and techniques to present complex data in a simplified and engaging manner.
# Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, Looker Studio, Hotjar/Clarity.
# Good understanding of marketing methods such as Search Engine Optimisation (Organic Search, Digital PR), Performance Marketing (Search, Social, Affiliate), Conversion Rate Optimisation, out of home advertising & Brand building.
# Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a natural ability with numbers and identifying patterns and trends.
# Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
# Excellent attention to detail.
