Marketing Analyst – CRM and Social Media
We're seeking a proactive, organised and highly motivated Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing team in our London office. The role will include supporting the CRM and Social Media Manager on campaign execution across both channels, so the ideal candidate will have experience in one area and an aptitude to deepen knowledge across the other.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, curating, and maintaining organic and paid social media calendar, working with firmwide social media and content teams to generate on-brand and relevant Twitter and Facebook posts for customers and prospects, in line with business strategy and brand pillars.
- Working closely with wider marketing channel teams to ensure alignment across channel calendars for consistency and amplification on brand messaging.
- Develop social media strategy to increase followers, reach and interactions.
- Manage end-to-end execution of organic social media activity including idea generation, writing social posts and stakeholder approvals.
- Continuous improvement: stay on top of social media trends, sharing updates and tools to optimise social activity.
- Support the CRM Manager to build, plan and execute on CRM campaigns in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Continuously seeking optimisations of CRM platform to enhance customer comms and experience.
- Drive customer retention and value through our customer engagement channels, planning personalised and relevant communications to customers cross-channel.
- Analyse results of CRM campaigns, gathering insights of performance to feed into improvements and recommendations for future activity.
- Working closely with Customer Care Team and Engineering to ensure cross-team alignment on email deployment. Use Adobe Campaign to build and deploy email marketing campaigns to customers.
Experience and skills:
- Relevant marketing qualification
- 2+ years working in a marketing function.
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns using an ESP, ideally Adobe Campaign
- Knowledge of social listening and experience platform, Sprinklr preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS advantageous
- Highly organise and motivated with ability to work to tight deadlines. A proactive, ambitious creative and critical thinker
