We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team at our manufacturing site in Basingstoke.
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm & 2pm – 10pm, alternating weekly.
The role:
As Manufacturing Technician, you will produce high quality components for prosthetic limbs to meet scheduled requirements.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Laying up and cutting of raw carbon fibre
- Moulding carbon fibre to required shape using a hot press.
- Tool set up; preparation; loading; operation; unloading; & finishing
- Machining of carbon fibre components
- Testing and line-inspection of components
- Polishing of carbon fibre components.

- Previous experience of working with carbon fibre.
- With ability to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring equipment
