Full Time, Permanent, Shift Work:
Shift Pattern 1 (Days) – 4 on 4 off, Days only, 12 hr shifts, 6am-6pm
Shift Pattern 2 (Days/Nights) – 4 on 4 off, 2 days 2 nights, 12 hr shifts, 6am-6pm / 6pm – 6am

We are looking for permanent Manufacturing Process Operators to join us.
Responsibilities:
You will align with required standards with respect to documentation, good housekeeping, cGMP, health and safety, timekeeping, regulatory legislative requirements and in accordance with the rules and requirements of the GMP Compliance Rulebook, the Code of Conduct, quality manual and any other company policies and procedures.
Ensure Operational Excellence is integrated into the team’s responsibilities. This should include embracing a philosophy of continuous improvement and a “Right First Time From Me” attitude to all operations.
Support Deviations/CAPA/Change Controls when required.
Ensure batch records and associated documentation are completed accurately and reviewed within the timeframes.
Ensure stock is available and checked in to the area (e.g. media, equipment, disposables, environmental plates, etc).
Ensure the correct operation and ensure maintenance of equipment in the department is performed (e.g. calibration dates) whilst assisting the engineers in their duties
Conduct all production duties, including but not limited to aseptic process work, automated equipment operation, cleaning, HVAC checks, temperature checks, all log books, worksheets / checklists and all associated documentation, are completed accurately
Participate in projects as the need arises by their Team Managers
To ensure all daily duties are performed and detailed and act as first point of contact if no Process Technician/Team Manager is available
Actively handle part of the process/room ensuring all tasks are completed compliantly and in a timely manner
Essential requirements:
- Computer literate
- Proven problem solving skills
- Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
- Significant & proven experience of changeover and setup practices within a highly regulated environment
Desirable requirements:
- Knowledge of IT Systems where appropriate e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP.
- Proven continuous improvements skills
- Experience of Pharmaceutical Operations
- Knowledge of GMP and SHE requirements
- Previous experience of supervising a small team would be an advantage
- Must have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
