Day to day:
- Support the business in its strategic outcomes in terms of revenue generation, growth, and sustainability
- Define, design, document, and implement strong processes, controls, and quality systems in response to new business opportunities
- Drive systemic process changes that would improve quality, increase capabilities, and reduce processing costs
- Capital and operational expenditure cost modelling
- Maintain business required accreditations, supporting internal and external audits as appropriate
- Collaborate and communicate with management, internal functions and external customers regarding processes, recording and reporting issues, and providing recommendations for problem resolution where appropriate
About you:
- Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
- Relevant industry experience working within a production environment in an engineering capacity
- Attainment of a Six Sigma belt; Black or Green desired
- Knowledge and experience of working with ERP and/or MES applications
- ISO standards experience: ISO 9001:2015 / Environmental - ISO 14001: 2015 / Occupational health and safety management - ISO 45001:2018
- Demonstrable core MSFT Office skills
- Working knowledge of CAD software an advantage
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Teamwork: the candidate must be able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment
