Manufacturing Office Assistant

The Role

The successful candidate will support the manufacturing manager and cover various warehouse roles within manufacturing. Tasks include, but not limited to, supporting the manufacturing manager in day-to-day tasks, support finished goods, goods in, component stores or despatch as and when required, assist with costing ‘SPEC’ special products, carry out Engineering Change Requests ECR’s in relation to manufacturing office requirements, 5S audits, cover manufacturing manager, finished goods, goods in, component stores or despatch during holidays and absence and any other tasks as required by the manufacturing manager.

The Person

We are looking for a self-motivated person who has great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and can consistently produce high quality work. They will be able to work independently but also part of a team.

Experience required in office administration.

Experience required in warehouse duties.

Must be competent on Microsoft Office.

The Package

  • £25.5K to £26.5K P/A Depending on experience
