The Blagdon site is the centre for volume and our largest manufacturing site. Blagdon is the spiritual home of Yeo Valley and where it all started. The site is responsible for a huge amount of the yogurt consumed in UK and plays a pivotal role in fulfilling our demand on a huge scale.
You will be responsible for leading your manufacturing team in creating an vibrant and productive atmosphere where our people remain the focus and we maximise our output and efficiency.
Within a rolling 18-month horizon, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing our operational performance & sharing best practice to provide the best product, service and cost proposition in our categories realizing our ambition to be the best-in-class supplier.

- Maintaining the brilliant fundamental basics of Health and Safety, Food Safety in all that we do
- Ensuring that there is clarity of role responsibilities, performance expectations and authority to act at all levels
