Hariley Solutions are currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team in Telford. If you have a proven track record in Manufacturing and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assembly of mechanical systems and equipment following engineering drawings
• Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative
• To adhere to the company policies and procedures
• To ensure quality standards are met

Skills:

• Hands-on experience of mechanical equipment assembly or machine building
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Ability to complete mechanical inspection
• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of using various hand tools
• Have sound knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Self-motivated and able to use initiative in prioritising tasks
• Keen to accept responsibility and accountability
• Professional manner, able to represent the company to a high standard
• Good communication skills
• Self-driven for progressive and continued learning and development
• Basic tool kit required, supplemented by company tool allowance scheme
