We are now recruiting for a Manufacturing Manager within the Blow Moulding Department.

About the Opportunity:
- Lead Blow Moulding site Manufacturing strategy in line with delivering Muller.
- Lead Manufacturing team on delivering a Safe, Hygienic and tidy working environment.
- Ensure manufacturing operates within full compliance of all business standards
- Drives Manufacturing excellence strategy in everything we do.
- Drive prompt recognition and corrective actions for underperforming areas.
- Ensure support from Manufacturing for Engineering Excellence and Asset care.
- Develop high level problem solving capabilities and facilitation throughout the manufacturing structure with employee engagement and skills development.
- Champion of all business tools supporting the key objectives of areas covering site.
- Encourages all to seek out improvement opportunities within the workplace, and converts these to own Continuous Improvement actions at all levels.

Salary: Up to £57,000.00 per year
