About the Role
As the Global Manufacturing Excellence Manager for Scotch and European Spirits categories, you'll shape the customer driven manufacturing strategy within and turn it into relevant global manufacturing policies, standards and ways of working as well as supporting the capability building within the relevant supply teams.
You'll create a rolling pipeline of manufacturing transformation / global improvement opportunities based on benchmark and best practice insights and develope business cases showing the benefits and investment required. You'll own, govern and continually improve the global standards for manufacturing and assure our teams are aligned with them.
You'll ensure the relevant engagement and communication forum are in place to deliver outcomes above, these will include leading the manufacturing steering group and the community connections.
Other key responsibilities are;
- Leading the Data & Systems team in developing and delivering the Data & Analytics strategy to drive data-based decisions across Global Manufacturing that support our performance ambition
- Adopting agile ways of working and utilizing digital tools like RPA to enhance global manex team efficiency.
- Engaging actively with industry networks, refining practices based on external benchmarks and fostering cross-functional collaborations.
- Facilitating market leadership teams in their implementation of the MMS change journey, facilitating improvement in performance, standards and capability through the MMS change journey.
- Managing Process Capability and Training & Development Teams delivery of MMS training.
- Leading and advocate good governance around internal and external compliance (health & safety, quality and environment
To be successful in this role you will have significant leadership experience in a process/manufacturing environment. You will have strong data analytics skills for loss analysis, visualizing end-to-end supply chain opportunities, and driving data-based decisions. Ideally, you'll have experience in leading digital transformation with tools like RPA and have proven track record of manufacturing process improvement and change management experience.
