RESUMEN GENERAL (SUMMARY):

Coordinate and organize manufacturing processes in the manufacturing areas with strict adherence to manufacturing and quality regulations. Achieve customer satisfaction through high quality manufacturing, customer service and low operating costs.

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES (DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES):

1. Manage the operations of all production areas to ensure they meet or exceed expectations targets for Safety, Quality, Compliance, Delivery and Cost.
2. Responsible for inspiring his/her team to live the company mission, cultural levers and foster a positive work environment.
3. Responsible to maintain his/her areas in a state of compliance readiness.
4. Responsible for the organization staffing requirements, work schedules and production plans that maximize productivity.
5. Responsible for addressing issues that might affect safety, quality, compliance, output, business ethics, etc.
6. Responsible to talent development across the multiple levels of his/her organization.
7. Utilize industry standard lean methodologies and change management tools to solve problems and drive improvement changes in the manufacturing operations.
8. Champions initiatives that deliver continuous improvement, culture transformation, waste reduction and/or cost savings.
9. Special projects and assignments as requested by Plant Manager.
10. Responsible to champion a key / strategic operations initiative across the plant
11. Maintains communications channels to fully support Aibonito product lines.
12. Responsible to drive culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
13. Responsible for managing and building highly effective cross-functional teams to support the achievement of manufacturing goals.
14. Promote a zero harm work place and assure that required EHS resources are available and that all applicable EHS practices and rules are being followed by supervised employees.

DEMANDA FISICA (PHYSICAL DEMANDS):

Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible.

CUALIFICACIONES (QUALIFICATIONS):

• Excellent track record on operational KPI’s under their responsibility.
• Must have demonstrated excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and communication skills.
• Result Driven and strong continuous improvement advocate.
• Demonstrated commitment for talent development.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and OSHA requirements.

IDIOMA (LANGUAGE):

Bilingual (English and Spanish).
