The Job
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be part of our Engineering team working as an onsite employee. You'll get to:

• Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products and processes.
• Research customer specifications, and new processes.
• Troubleshoot existing shop floor processes, tools, and equipment.
• Design tooling for new and improving existing processes.
• Produce engineering drawings for new products.
  

The Person

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You're not intimidated by innovation. Wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? In fact, you embrace it. You also have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy or Materials Science or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of process/manufacturing engineering experience Preferred in applying advanced engineering principals in a metal forming manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace industry experience or exposure preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing methods, concepts, processes, and systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 or AS9100 quality standards preferred.
• Working knowledge of CAD software, Solidworks, AND/OR NX, highly preferred.
