Position Summary:
Rogue Concept LTD is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the Royston area. This position will be responsible for assisting with the manufacturing process, including the design, development and implementation of new processes, and improving existing processes to maximize efficiency. The Manufacturing Engineer will possess a wide range of knowledge regarding materials, have an understanding of electrical and plumbing systems and be experienced in developing and executing innovative ideas to help us take our builds to the next level. We are looking for someone who will be invested in the ethos and vision of the company and be an integral part of its growth and development.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high quality standards.
- Has hands on experience of assembly/building
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of CAD/3D modelling
- Knowledge of smart charging systems including Solar
- Have an understanding on machinary and tooling required.
- Ability to use hand tools and machine operated tools
Pay is negotiable depending on skills and experience
