We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of pharmaceutical products while adhering to regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a Mechanical Engineering degree to launch their career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address manufacturing issues and improve overall efficiency.
Assist in the design and implementation of manufacturing equipment and systems.
Perform process validation and verification activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Support the scale-up and transfer of new products from R&D to commercial production.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Graduated in 2020 or a recent graduate.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as cGMP and FDA guidelines.
Proficiency in CAD software for equipment design and process optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Educational Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Science or related discipline
- Certified ISO 9001/13485 Lead auditor is desirable
- Knowledge of Design Control, Risk Management and QMS processes

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
