Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing augmentation strategies
Utilize machining tools and equipment to fabricate precision components
Conduct research and development activities to optimize manufacturing processes
Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
Perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machining operations
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies in machining and manufacturing
Requirements:
For U.S. applicants, must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State due to ITAR requirements
Passion for machining and a desire to contribute to the advancement of the trade
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in operating machining tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and manufacturing techniques
