I’m looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to work on an innovative project with a forward-thinking biotech company based near Cambridge!

You will be responsible for
- Implement good manufacturing practices on a range of precision products with a large degree of autonomy.
- Collectively responsible for bringing products from development to manufacturing scalability, cradle-to-grave.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams across the organisation to resolve product technical issues. Involvement with the Product teams from product concept stage onwards.
- Utilising the Continuous Improvement tools in lean manufacturing (Root Cause Counter Measure, Six Sigma, GMP) to feed into CAPA & other quality processes.
- Co-create and deliver useful change to realise manufacturing efficiency in the production of our instruments and consumables.
- Project management ownership of engineering changes to production and materials to enhance quality, process capability and cost efficiency.
You will bring the following
· Electro-mechanical experience
· Life sciences / inkjet printing / electronics experience
· Engineering degree

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
