Salary after Probation: 20,000 GBP Per Month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic vision, providing clear direction and inspiring the team toward the achievement of short-term and long-term goals.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Proven track record of success in a senior management role, including strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, or a related field
(advanced degree preferred).
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a focus on innovation and growth.
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulations, and trends.
