Job Title – Managing Director
Location – Leicester LE16 7WB
Salary – £100,000- £130,000 +Bonus
Duration – Full Time

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with over 100 employees, based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
As a customer centric organisation, they pride themselves on providing a high-quality bespoke service, investing heavily in highly skilled and qualified employees in order to exceed their customer expectations.
We are seeking a high performing Managing Director who can lead the business to achieving its long-term objectives.
Are you a strategic thinker, with previous experience within the Automotive or Engineering industry, at a senior level? Do you have experience in sales and negotiating with high value clients?

What we need you to bring to the team:
- Experience developing and implementing strategic business plans
- Experience of financial management and budgeting
- An ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams, promoting the companies’ vision, values, and culture
- An excellent ability to be self-organised and handle a demanding workload
