Duties of the Managing Director:
● Lead the Sales, Marketing and Partnerships efforts (with a hands on approach) -By supporting the Sales team in attaining new clients -Ensuring our product is at the forefront of all prospects’ minds -Forging strong, meaningful relationships with partners to improve on product and support sales and retention efforts
● Support the Head of Client Services in ensuring all clients get the most out of the system and drive retention rates
● Strategise with the Product team and Senior Leadership team to keep ahead of the competition and ensure we have an industry leading product
● Work on initiatives to drive the best performance possible from all departments
● Develop strategies to keep our teams motivated and help attract the best talent
● Be the face of the company; attend events, network, presence on social media, on the stage and in front of clients, prospects and partners
● Manage the P&L and drive profitability; generate new sales & retention of existing clients, monitor costs and look for more efficient ways of working
Requirements of the role
● A love and deep understanding of the hospitality sector
● Proven experience in delivering on sales and client retention
● Previous background in SaaS
● Highly organised
● A true leader
● Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business value (solution selling)
● Strong and professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation
● Highly motivated by achieving success and hitting targets

Salary: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
