Job Overview:
Execution of delivery orders and making sure on timely deliver and managing warehouse operational affairs on daily basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Meeting warehouse operations forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Adhering to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
• Developing warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment.
• Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
• Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching and motivating employees.
• Accomplishing warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate or above in the Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field
• Expertise in Warehouse Management Procedures and best Practices
• Strong Communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Strong Planning and Strategic Thinking
• Problems Solving and Critical Thinking
• Labor & Machinery knowledge
