This Opportunity:


The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full end-to-end recruitment process for technical/senior level roles and critical position sourcing on projects and bid proposals including selection, negotiation and finalization of the contracts with the candidates. This will include recruiting directly and also working closely with other members of the talent acquisition team to ensure that there is full coverage to meet the recruiting needs of the Partnership.


Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for the EMEA Region by effectively partnering with hiring managers, regional business partners and staff to generate and maintain a network of candidates and contractors. In addition to supporting implementation of consistent processes, identify best practices in talent and diversity and inclusion, continually assessing current staffing methods in support of business growth.

Reporting and Supervision:


The role reports to the VP, Human Resources, EMEA
This role will work directly with the Global Director, TA and implement initiatives across Palladium’s Partnerships

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


The primary responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager, are to:


  • Be a trusted advisor and source of best-practice talent acquisition guidance to the business
  • Provide effective end-to-end recruitment solutions by effectively liaising with hiring managers from understanding their requirements, sourcing, and engaging talent
  • Work with the Global Director, TA to champion on going recruitment efforts and apply best practices as it pertains to sourcing and selection techniques in such a manner as to attract and engage quality candidates
  • Lead Palladium’s all recruitment efforts across the EMEA Partnership, engaging with a diverse range of internal stakeholders
  • Devise best practices and align those practices with global efforts to ensure that Palladium is posting vacancies in such a manner as to attract quality candidates
  • Apply innovative sourcing methodologies and participate in various activities such as University and Business School
  • Campus visits, job fairs, conferences etc. to generate candidate referrals and networks whilst also using social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Provide advice and capacity building support in the delivery of competency-based interviews and assessment methodologies for best-in-class recruitment practices
  • Determine critical current and future recruiting needs by gathering complete information and full understanding of EMEA
  • Region business plans, job description, search strategy, candidate requirements etc
  • Identify, source and head hunt candidates through direct targeting, industry networking methods etc
  • Engage senior/technical candidates into considering the firm as a future desired destination of employment
  • Develop candidate generation strategies to build a talent pool of diverse talent, and integrate into the internal database and facilitate the utilisation of the candidate pool across region and group
  • Support the hiring managers with selection tools like scoring matrix, interview questions etc.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Central HR team to design and develop recruitment related training programs for internal and external clients
  • Devise and generate reports to showcase metrics surrounding the recruitment processs


Key Competencies Required:


  • Proven success in building credibility with senior level hiring managers
  • Knowledge of developing sourcing strategies designed to target and assess top talent
  • Exemplary collaboration and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Ability to understand, articulate and document hiring manager requirements to help formulate a clear value proposition for attracting high caliber candidates
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills with above average candidate report writing skills
  • Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Well-developed and highly effective organizational skills and attention to detail


Professional Expertise/Competencies Preferred:


  • Proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple positions concurrently
  • Proven track record of success in an international recruiting role, having had responsibility for headhunting, interviewing, and hiring for both high-volume and niche positions at senior and executive level
