Operations Manager - Hotel
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
- Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is a plus
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
